How to delete your Morphi account

You can delete your account whenever you want, in the app or by email. Here is what we delete, what we still keep and for how long.

In the app

  1. Open Morphi and tap your photo at the top of the home screen.
  2. Tap Privacy and data.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, with everything we keep in it. You need an internet connection.

Without the app

Write to contact@morphihealth.com from the email address you use to sign in to Morphi, with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm the request is yours, delete the account within 15 days and let you know when it is done.

If you don’t remember which email you signed in with, write anyway: we will help you find the account.

What we delete

  • Your account and your journal: your entries, profile, photo and consents, in our database and on the device you deleted from.
  • What the clinic you connected to could see in the app.
  • Your ratings of Morphi Intelligence answers.
  • The link to your Apple ID, if you signed in with Apple and deleted in the app. By email, we tell you how to remove it in your iPhone settings.
  • Our copy of your subscription. We also ask RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions, to delete theirs.

What stays, and for how long

  • Database backups

    They exist only to restore the database after a failure, and then disappear on their own.

  • Access logs

    The date, time and IP address of each sign-in, kept confidential because Brazilian law requires it (Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15). Then they are deleted.

  • Receipts for website purchases

    If you subscribed on the website, the amount, currency, date, plan and purchase email stay with Stripe for the period Brazilian tax law requires. Card details never reach us.

  • What was sent to artificial intelligence

    Anthropic deletes what it received within 30 days, or keeps for up to 2 years whatever its safety systems flag.

  • Other devices you signed in on

    They keep their local copy of the journal until you sign out there, or until they are back online and learn the account was deleted.

  • App Store and Google Play purchases

    Your purchase history belongs to the store and follows its rules.

  • The clinic’s medical record

    Whatever the clinic copied into its own system follows the medical record rules that apply to it, and requests to delete it go to the clinic.

To delete only part of it

You can delete each entry where it appears in the app, without deleting your account. And under Privacy and data, you can download a copy of everything first.
